Correspondence Table (5MB)
The correspondence table shows how urban areas, ZIP codes and hexagons relate to each other. The overlap of the three maps create slivers. A sliver is the smallest unit taken on a map to recalculate ZIP code data by calculating assigning values according to the area proportions from the urban areas within ZIP Codes into hexagons.
